(VIDEO) "I’m gonna give her a really big hug after": Alcaraz sends message to wish mum Happy Mother's Day after winning second Madrid title

Carlos Alcaraz wished his mother a happy Mother's Day following his Madrid Open triumph over Jan-Lennard Struff on Sunday as she was in attendance for the match.

His mother generally doesn't want him to play live that often because she tends to stay at home so Alcaraz appreciates any time she is able to watch him play. Just like last year at the Madrid Open, his mother was in attendance to watch him play and after the match, Alcaraz wished her a happy Mother's Day.

He said:
