Roberto Bautista-Agut escaped barely against
Andy Murray in a 6-1 6-7(7) 6-3 6-4 to reach the Last 16 at the
Australian Open but of course after a phenomenal week where he has spent hours on end on court, it was Murray who received the plaudits.
Murray received a standing ovation as he left the Rod Laver Arena court, last time he played RBA, it was seen as potentially the last time he would play the Australian Open but he leaves having shown glimmers albeit with his metal hip.
Dubbed an 'inspirational run', he was respected as having done just that by the crowd.
