Stefanos Tsitsipas looked utterly superb at times during his opening win over Zizou Bergs at the 2024 Australian Open as he put recent woes behind him with injury to produce a great opening win in Melbourne.
But perhaps the start of his revival after losing the opening set came with an incredible shot of the year contender with Bergs which left the Belgian gobsmacked and Tsitsipas walked away nonchalant after breaking serve and conjuring up some tennis magic.
Tsitsipas seemed to have lost the point as Bergs rebounded his shot just in front of the other side of the net, but the Greek jumped in and sliced it over in expert fashion which made the commentators wonder if he'd made it or not. How he did it without touching the net in particular was a marvel as he took it over to the other side of the net like it wasn't there.
