Novak Djokovic and Miomir Kecmanovic "started a party" during a powercut at the Davis Cup Finals Group Stage in Pabellón Fuente de San Luis in Valencia.
After ousting Spain from the tournament, team Serbia lost their final group-stage clash against the Czech Republic on Saturday, September 16. In their first match, Dusan Lajovic lost to Jakub Mensik in straight sets, with the Czech player winning 6-3, 6-2.
Following this, Laslo Djere fought back against Jiri Lehecka despite dealing with an injury, but it was not enough to stop the latter winning another match for the Czech Republic 7-6 (7), 7-5.

Djokovic and Kecmanovic have fun amid powercut

Nevertheless, teammates Djokovic and Kecmanovic still seemed to be having fun at the tournament - even when play was paused due to the lights suddenly going out.
In a video shared online, fans can be seen lighting up the arena with the torches on their phones while upbeat music plays in the venue. Meanwhile, Djokovic and Kecmanovic danced around while they waited for their teammates' match to resume.
"The stadium went dark in the middle of a point & @MioKecmanovic & @djokernole started a party," wrote one fan on X, formerly known as Twitter.
The World No. 1 also paired up with Nikola Cacic in the tie against the Czech Republic, playing against Tomas Machac and Adam Pavlasek. However, this simply led to the Czech team ensuring a 3-0 victory in the head-to-head as they downed the Serbian pair 7-5, 6-7(7), 10-3.
This means that the Czech Republic finishes the Davis Cup Finals Group Stage at the top of Group C, while Serbia sits in second.
