Alexander Zverev lost his cool on Wednesday after his double loss to Lloyd Glasspool and Harri Heliövaara which saw a 2-6, 6-4, 6-10 defeat at Abierto Mexicano Telcel Acapulco.
He repeatedly smashed the umpire's chair conveying his unhappiness to the umpire by shouting at him and taking out his frustrations.
This was part of a long running list of incidents involving Zverev during the match stemming from a line call that went against him and his partner Marcelo Melo.
As a result, many called on the organisers to do something about it and ban him from the singles tournament which he is still involved in.
They did take this action and he has been withdrawn from unsportsmanlike conduct.
Peter Gojowczyk will now advance to the Quarter-Finals with Zverev initially set to face his compatriot in the early hours of Thursday morning.
