WATCH: "Can't get much worse than that" - Kyrgios takes shot at Tsitsipas

Nick Kyrgios will play in Washington this year and he'll team up with his good friend Jack Sock to play some doubles as well.

The last time Kyrgios played doubles in Washington was in 2019 and he teamed up with Stefanos Tsitsipas in that one. It went okay but while discussing this year's Washington doubles pairing with Sock, Kyrgios took a shot at Tsitsipas:

"We got a lot of doubles. We got doubles in DC. Which I'm super excited about. My last partner - yeah, I've had Stefanos as a partner there so can't get much worse than that so I'm really excited."

The dig may or may not be intentional but considering their recent fallout at Wimbledon it's more likely than not that Kyrgios exactly knew what he was saying.
