Ons Jabeur jokes while hanging out with Tatjana Maria's kids: "Next Gen"

Tunisia’s tennis star Ons Jabeur has shared an adorable picture with the kids of Germany’s Tatjana Maria.

The 29-year-old is one of the most high-profile tennis players in the women’s single category but has been going through a rough patch.

Jabeur recently posted a picture on her official social media platform Instagram account with Maria’s kids with the title of ‘Next Gen’.

Jabeur is currently taking part in the round of 16 of the competition against Italy’s Lucia Bronzetti on Thursday.

The Ksar Hellal-born will be hoping to have a good outing in this tournament in order to overturn her form which has been on a downhill for a while.

Jabeur, in the recently concluded China Open, was knocked out of the tournament after losing to Ukraine’s Marta Kostyuk with a score of 7-6, 6-1.

The current world number seven has had a mixed year at the highest level where she played in the main draw of all the Grand Slams but managed to qualify for the quarterfinal or beyond in just two of them.

The highlight for Jabeur came in Wimbledon where she lost the final for the second year running, this time to Czech Republic’s Marketa Vondrousova with a score of 6-4, 6-4.
