The countdown until the 2024 season is on and the first draw is confirmed with the United Cup confirming which teams will play in their respective groups and cities.

Defending champions are the USA who will be spearheaded by Taylor Fritz and Jessica Pegula. They have been drawn in Perth alongside Australia and Britain.

Also in Perth are Serbia and Poland who will be led by Novak Djokovic and then Iga Swiatek. They have been drawn alongside Czech Republic and China, while Poland will face Spain and a to be determined country.

Second seeds are Greece with Maria Sakkari and Stefanos Tsitsipas. They will begin in Sydney against Canada featuring Felix Auger-Aliassime and Leylah Fernandez. Angelique Kerber also returns alongside Alexander Zverev for Germany.

With Naomi Osaka entering, it is also expect that one of two TBC teams will be Japan.
