Former world number 1, Ana Ivanovic spoke to Barbara Schett-Eagle on 'Hanging out with Babsi' about her career as well as her life after.

The 32-years-old Serbian had her dream season back in 2008. First, she lost in the final of the Australian Open to Maria Sharapova. But a few weeks later, she lifted her first and only Grand Slam title at the Roland Garros after victory over Dinara Safina. Now, Ivanovic spoke to Barbara Schett about the most memorable moments of her career.
"Two days before [it started], I had training on Chatrier - and suddenly felt, you know what, I'm ready. I played so well from the get-go," Ivanovic said about the 2008 Roland Garros.
"I was at the side where my family and coaches were sitting, she was serving. She served to my backhand; I wanted to attack it but I kind of mishit it. It went down the line towards her forehand - and she stumbled and missed it... In that moment all the hard work from all those years goes through your head," Ivanovic said about her final triumph. "It's a little bit of disbelief, but pure happiness - it's a very unique feeling and I don't know if you can replicate it."
