Used to recognise greatness, the 2023
ITF World Champions have been confirmed in full after being announced partly in recent weeks and
Novak Djokovic and
Iga Swiatek lead the line-up.
This comes to be expected, with Djokovic being World Number One and only losing major wise at Wimbledon this season. While Swiatek was recently crowned as WTA Player of the Year. She defended her French Open title and ended the season as WTA Finals champion and World No.1 once more.
Ram-Salisbury and rising Junior duo among other winners
The other winners also had superb years with Rajeev Ram and Nick Salisbury who won their third consecutive US Open and defended the ATP Finals announced as the Men's Doubles victors.
Storm Hunter and Elise Mertens were crowned as Women's Doubles champions with a 30-11 win-loss record during the season and semi-finals at the WTA Finals. As well as a Quarter-Final at the Australian Open. Others for the future to be crowned included dominant Junior star, Alina Korneeva who won the ITF World Tennis Tour Junior Finals, Roland Garros, and Australian Open girls titles.
While Joao Fonseca who is seen as the next player to watch in the Boys Tour and the Brazilian becomes the first ever junior to win the ITF World Champion accolade for Boys.
Men's and Women's Wheelchair accolades go to Alfie Hewett and Diede de Grooft, while Niels Vink became Quad World Champion.
