Stefanos Tsitsipas has hit the headlines as of late not for his tennis but for his relationship with fellow pro, Paula Badosa who recently split with long-time boyfriend, Juan Betancourt.
Fans found the Spotify accounts that they both have the same playlists and photos on and it started the chain for their relationship to be launched.
A joint Instagram account and appearing on each other's social medias before he played in Stuttgart, he has since spoke to multiple media outlets.
This included Eurosport where he went in depth into their relationship and declared that he was head over heels in love with Badosa.
“I feel happy and content," said Tsitsipas to Eurosport.
“I haven’t really felt that type of connection with anyone before. I don’t mean to sound cringe or anything because that’s the reality and that’s what I am faced with. I am extremely blessed and happy that this came at this phase of my life.
“I get to do what I love and I get to do it with someone who completely understands me and gets it. I have been very interested in her mind more than anything else.
“Of course there is attraction but it’s also sometimes just a soul interaction and getting to fall in love with her mind. It’s very rare that these things happen.
“It's like we share the same identity: same lifestyle, same desires, same passions, same ambitions. It's the same. It's wonderful to be a part of it and to experience it every day.”

- Having spent weeks and weeks through the years on tour, I can say with confidence that Conchita was (is) one of the very few who realize the surprising level of maturity (and sometimes lack of) which Mirra seems to have developed in such a demanding adult world of Pro-Tennis. While at the same time reminding herself (Conchita, that is) that Mirra is still young and developing mentally and physically. The general public may forget at times, or not at all realize, these modern era young athletes do not have a 'normal' Youth. It's a major sacrifice, among countless sacrifices, these athletes must make.
