Tsitsidosa page on Instagram goes blank, sparks rumours about future of Tsitsipas-Badosa couple

Greece’s tennis star Stefanos Tsitsipas and Spain’s Paula
Badosa are one of the most powerful couples in the world of tennis.
The two had been dating for more than a year and remained
very open about their feelings towards each other.
Both also started a page on Instagram with the name of ‘Tsitsidosa’
where they shared a number of their pictures.
In an interesting turn of events, the famous Instagram account
with over 95,000 followers went blank which sparked rumours about the future of
the couple.
Badosa, later on her official Instagram account, shared a
story with her best friend the current world number one Belarus’ Aryna
Sabalenka with the title: ‘My date’.
It is not clear if the two are still together or whether their
more than 12-month-long relationship has ended.
Both players are going through a rough patch on the court.
Badosa is currently spending a lengthy injury layoff. It was because of this
reason she ended up missing three out of the four Grand Slams this year.
On the other hand, Tsitsipas had a difficult end to the year
despite starting it so brightly in the Australian Open where he lost the final to
current world number one Serbia’s Novak Djokovic with a score of 6–3, 7–6(7–4),
7–6(7–5).
He lost in the second round of the recently concluded US
Open to Switzerland’s Dominic Stricker with a score of 7-5, 6-7, 6-7, 7-6, 6-3.
