2019 US Open Women's Order of Play: Saturday 31 August

First being Caroline Wozniacki, the 19th seed taking on 15th seed Bianca Andreescu. Andreescu is one of the tournament favourites due to her hard-court form and after playing all her action so far on the outside courts, she will finally get to play on one of the show courts.

Facing her though is Wozniacki who has a good record at Flushing Meadows but has shown frailties akin to Roger Federer in the men's draw in terms of losing the opening set and then winning the tie. She will hope not to do this against the 19-year old Canadian or it could be the end for the former World No.1.

Then it is the tie of the tournament in many ways as Naomi Osaka faces off against Coco Gauff. Osaka of course is the World No.1 and defending champion and despite coming into the tournaments with injuries as such, she has breezed through her opening ties.

Gauff of course has become the real prodigy this year on the tour at the age of only 15 showing a potential glimpse into the future and if she can beat Osaka, it will be one of the biggest wins in the Women's draw for some time.

Giant killer Taylor Townsend is also in action again having beaten Simona Halep, next for her is Sorana Cirstea of Romania. Other ties include Kiki Bertens, the number seven seed against Julia Goerges and 21st vs 13th seed in Anett Kontaveit vs Belinda Bencic. Once again we will be treated to some brilliant ties as the US Open roars towards it's second week.
