2021 WTA Wimbledon seeds with Barty leading the field ahead of Halep and Sabalenka

The 2021 WTA Wimbledon seeds have been announced and Ashleigh Barty is number one followed by Simona Halep at 2 and Aryna Sabalenka at 3.

The 2021 WTA Wimbledon seeding is out and there are no real surprises. Ashleigh Barty as the world number one is the number one seed at an event she will be looking to win. Former champion Simona Halep is the 2nd seed and hopefully, she will recover well enough to attend the event.

She pulled out of Bad Homburg this week after not being ready to play. Aryna Sabalenka will enter Wimbledon as the 3rd seed ahead of Svitolina who is 4 and Kenin who is 5. The top then is rounded up by Andreescu at 6, Serena Williams at 7, Swiatek at 8, Pliskova at 9 and Bencic at 10. Check out the full seeding list below.
