Unlike the ATP which shifts towards the Davis Cup next week, the WTA Tour will continue with the
Chennai Open, a WTA 250 taking place in India with $251,750 on offer as per other tournaments on the same level.
Among those involved include Eugenie Bouchard who will continue her return after injury, Alison Riske, Varvara Gracheva, Linda Fruhvirtova, Tatjana Maria and Magda Linette.
The winner collects $33,200, while the runner-up is set to take home $19,750. Semi-finalists claim $11,000, while Quarter-Finals will claim $6,200. This goes all the way down to $2,725 for a first round exit.
