2022 Nottingham Open WTA Entry List featuring Raducanu, Sakkari and Giorgi (Last Update - 03-06)

One of the first grass court tournaments on the WTA calendar on the run-up to Wimbledon has announced their early entry list in the form of the Nottingham Open which takes place between 4-12 June, 2022.

Defending champion is Johanna Konta who decided to retire at the end of 2021 and with various issues such as COVID and injury, it was the last tournament she played in the UK before she retired.

A strong provisional field will make their way to the East Midlands with Maria Sakkari sealing a wildcard after Sofia Kenin withdrew as her comeback from injury is prolonged.

While Emma Raducanu is a late entry as a wildcard to the tournament which begins in the first week of June. It also includes Camila Giorgi, Alize Cornet and Sorana Cirstea, with Jessica Pegula and Ons Jabeur initially entering withdrawing.

This entry list could change depending on the decision for the ATP and WTA points to be frozen due to Wimbledon's stance on Russian and Belarusian players.
