The 2022 Winston-Salem Open is an ATP 250 event running from August 21st till August 27th with a prize pool of $731,935.
The event is longstanding ever running for over 50 years and 2022 will continue that tradition. It usually doesn't feature too strong of fields because most players opt to travel early for the US Open so they skip out on this event. This year though we'll have a US Open champion there as Dominic Thiem will play his only prep event before the grand slam there.
Last year's champion Ilya Ivashka is also there as is the runner-up Mikael Ymer. The winner will pocket a decent amount of $100,475 with the runner-up getting $57,660. Semi-finalists will get $33,115 with the lower rounds yielding less money and fewer prize points. Check out the breakdown below.
Winner - $100,475
Finalist - $57,660
Semi-finalist - $33,115
Quarter-finalist - $19,125
Round of 16 - $10,925
Round of 32 - $6,420
