Taking.place between August 23 - 29, 2026, the Monterrey Open is a key cornerstone on the run-in towards the
US Open with it being the last event before the Grand Slam begins in eanrest.
It is a WTA 500 which this year will be headlined by Linda Noskova, the Wimbledon champion. As well as the Czech, it also sees Sorana Cirstea, Ekaterina Alexandra and Roland Garros stand-out Maja Chwalinska also involved.
Anastasia Potapova, Donna Vekic, Elise Mertens and Sara Bejlek are also involved. Last year Diana Shnaider who will not defend her title this time around saw off Ekaterina Alexandrova in the final.
