Blake believes Gauff can dominate Women’s game: “A superstar on and off the court”

Former US player James Blake believes Coco Gauff can dominate the women's game calling her a superstar on and off the court.

Gauff arrived in tennis as a teenager that looked like a good candidate to do plenty of good things in the future. Over time she's developed into a really strong player, one that will lead US and WTA tennis for many years to come. Blake, who was in Australia as part of the ESPN coverage team, watched Gauff play singles and doubles and he seems to agree with that.

Asked by a fan on social media on his thoughts about Coco Gauff, Blake responded:

"Always love Coco Gauff. She is a superstar on and off the court. Can't wait to continue watching her progress and establish herself at the top of the game for years."

He also added:

"I love her and have the highest of hopes for her. Can’t wait to sit back and enjoy her hall of fame career"

Gauff is still in Australia taking part in the doubles draw with Pegula.
