Entry List Nottingham Open 2025 including Petra Kvitova, Clara Tauson, Katie Boulter and Leylah Fernandez

Held between 16-22 June, 2025, the WTA Nottingham Open is a key stop on the road to Wimbledon in regards to the British clay court season. Petra Kvitova will be involved as she aims to return to the form that saw her become a multiple-time champion at SW19.

Kvitova leads the field using a protected ranking in order to get in after returning this season as a mother. She is joined by Clara Tauson as well as Beatriz Haddad Maia, the latter knows this tournament very well. Katie Boulter too who as usual will mainly play in the UK over the coming weeks.

The British No.1 will head to Nottingham after she is involved at Queen's in the first iteration in 30 years of the tournament. Others involved include Elise Mertens, Leylah Fernandez, Linda Noskova and Yulia Putintseva.

Elina Avanesya, Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova and Sonay Kartal are among those who are also involved. Emma Raducanu has instead opted to play in Berlin instead but is usually involved in Nottingham so has chosen a different tact this season.

This tournament also suffers from the fact that ordinarily it opens the grass court season, that is now the job of Queen's so it shifts to the second week when those who now play Queen's are either on a week off or are playing in Berlin. Also good to bear in mind is that like Libema Open which now features Bianca Andreescu, Olga Danilovic and Maria Sakkari some names may enter still who lost early at Roland Garros.
