After it was confirmed on Tuesday that Garbiñe Muguruza had entered into Wimbledon as an alternate potentially ending her tennis break, there is more good news for the Spaniard.
Muguruza has got engaged to boyfriend, Arthur Borges. He has been with the former World No.1 since 2021 and has been with her through some highs and lows.
From being first spotted with her at the WTA Finals in 2021 which she won, it has since been one to forget for the former Wimbledon champion who decided to take a break away from the sport which has seen her not in action since January.
"We would like it to be next year, in the summer, near the beach and in Spain, because it is the place that most unites us," she said in an exclusive with ¡Hola!
