Iga Swiatek will add a new endorsement to her list by becoming a new ambassador for Porsche joining Emma Raducanu in the 'Porsche Family'.
It is an interesting one for Swiatek who has been a perennial winner of the Porsche cars during the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix.
She is the current champion in Stuttgart being awarded a brand new Porsche which Aryna Sabalenka famously tried to smash the windows in of after losing the final.
She admitted she often gets asked why she isn't on the Porsche team but now she is.
"After I got my 2nd trophy in Stuttgart many of you wrote that it is a good moment to start a collab with Porsche and it seems very natural to me. So… guess what. I’m joining Team Porsche! And it doesn’t mean I won’t be fighting for another Porsche car in Stuttgart next year," said Swiatek.
This means also likely already she will be confirmed for the next edition of the tournament with the last sentence having a wink at the end of it.

- The main difference for bigger names like Alcaraz, Sinner, Zverez, etc. is that they usually make it to the later stages of tournaments while 99% of the other players win a round or two and then move on to the next tournament.
