In a new "Daily Dose of Social Media," Iga Swiatek revealed in a Q&A why she always wears a cap to play tennis, while Jannik Sinner was spotted in Monte-Carlo doing a unique serve training drill without a racquet or ball.

A video on social media shows the peculiar exercise that Jannik Sinner does to perfect his serve, performing motions that mimic the serve without a racquet or a ball. In his most recent training session—as he prepares for the Asian swing—the world No. 2 is seen at the Monte-Carlo Country Club, shirtless as he gets ready for his upcoming challenges.

Sinner has become one of the best servers on the tour, with it being a key part of his game. According to ATP statistics, in the last 52 weeks, he is the second most effective server (with a ratio of 296.3, only behind Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard), is third in points won on the first serve (78.9%), and first in points won on the second serve (59.6%) and service games won (92%).

Taylor Townsend has shared a video, joining the world of vlogging, following her arrival in Asia for the Billie Jean King Cup with Team USA. The world No. 114—and No. 1 in doubles—is in great form after a strong campaign at the US Open, where she reached the fourth round of the women’s singles draw.

Townsend posted a video on social media of her long, two-day journey to the Chinese city of Shenzhen, after having barely rested from her time in New York. “This is the first time in my life that I unpacked and packed the same day for a trip,” she said. Townsend will be part of Team USA alongside players like Jessica Pegula and Emma Navarro, and they will face the Kazakhstan team in the quarterfinals this Thursday, September 18.

And then year by year I got so used to it that when I had to play in practice without a hat, I was so surprised that when I tossed the ball, and when I serve I could see my racquet, I was shocked," the Polish star commented with a laugh.

Joao Fonseca shared a photo of his first few days of training in San Francisco for the Laver Cup, joining none other than 20-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer, one of the tournament's creators and part of the organization.

The 18-year-old Brazilian star will make his debut in the team tournament playing for Team World after a good weekend at the Davis Cup in Athens, where he defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas to give the decisive fourth point to the South Americans, leading them to the 2026 qualifiers. The Brazilian is looking forward to his debut on Andre Agassi's team, where he will join stars like Taylor Fritz, Alex De Minaur, and Francisco Cerundolo.
