In the Women's Doubles at the Australian Open, only three matches took place but it saw three seeded teams including the top seeds through unscathed to the fourth round.
The top seeds at the Australian Open, Su-wei Hsieh and Barbora Strycova are through successfully after easing past Darija Jurak and Nina Stojanovic in two sets 6-4, 6-4. They will remain one of the favourites to win the title.
Also through is the sixth seeds Gaby Dabrowski and Jelena Ostapenko who defeated Hayley Carter and Luisa Stefani but had a mid match scare when they lost the second 6-1, despite that they won the other sets either side 6-4, 6-4 to win through successfully.
Finally also through is the team of Viktoria Kuzmova and Aliaksandra Sasnovich, the number 15 seeds who edged past Zarina Diyas and Elena Rybakina 6-4, 7-5.
