Ons Jabeur auctioned off two of her racquets in order to raise funds to help the fight against the Coronavirus in her native Tunisia.
The Wimbledon quarterfinalist auctioned off her racquet used at Wimbledon along with another one to help raise funds for the battle against the pandemic. She announced that the Wimbledon racquet sold for 35.000 dinars.
Another one sold for 40.000 dinars which will be used to purchase a complete intensive care unit, 3 intensive care beds, 7 oxygen concentrators of 10 litres, said Jabeur. On top of that Jabeur also made a personal donation which will also be used to help fight the Coronavirus pandemic in her native Tunisia.
