Paula Badosa gets off to a good start at Wimbledon despite doubts

Paula Badosa has got off to a great start at Wimbledon by beating Alison Riske-Amritraj 6-3, 6-3, in a match that should have been played yesterday, Tuesday, but was called off due to weather problems in London.
In the first set, a break was enough to take it. He held his serve firmly, saving two break points in the last game, with 5-3 in favor.
The second set followed a similar course. They started breaking each other's serve several times until Paula won her game. At 5-3 and Riske-Amritraj serving, the Spaniard broke to take the victory.
In the second round she will face Ukraine's Marta Kostyuk, who defeated eighth-seeded Maria Sakkari after losing the first set 0-6.

- Great article! I began cheering for the “real” doubles specialists at the beginning but once they all lost their respective matches I really didn’t care who actually won the whole tournament. I liked the last four teams in the semifinals and would have enjoyed seeing any of them win the trophy! - I’m not quite sure what’s happening with Sabalenka but she is horrible on court when she’s losing (which is a lot lately). If you cannot control your self at all once you start losing matches - especially at 28 - you need to see a therapist or take a break from the sport. Terrible attitude.
