Projected Women's Quarter-Finals 2023 US Open including Swiatek-Gauff and Rybakina-Sakkari

The fourth and final Grand Slam of the year will begin in less than five days’ time where players from all over the world will fight for the ultimate glory.

Like every year, a list of potential quarterfinal clashes is released to increase the excitement of tennis lovers.

This year, the last eight matches might bring some of the very best against each other.

The most mouthwatering potential quarterfinal clash of the US Open will be between the world number two Aryna Sabalenka of Belarus and three-time Grand Slam finalist the world number six Tunisia’s Ons Jabeur.

Both earlier met in the semifinal of the Wimbledon last month where Jabeur came out on top in straight sets with a score of 7-5, 6-3.

Another most anticipated clash could be between the defending champion and world number one Iga Swiatek against America’s young sensation Coco Gauff.

The two recently met in the semifinal of the Cincinnati Open (Southern & Western Open) where the current world number six came out on top with a score of 7-6, 3-6, 6-4.

The other two potential quarterfinals could feature America’s Jessica Pegula who is likely to face Caroline Garcia of France and Kazakhstan’s Elena Rybakina facing world number eight Greece’s Maria Sakkari.
