The
Queen's Club Championships are due to take place between 8-14 June and is the second edition of the revived tournament which also takes place on the ATP Tour.
It is the week before the men's tournament with Tatjana Maria as the defending champion. She beat Amanda Anisimova in the final last year and will return this time around albeit Maria won't as she has to play qualifying.
The main line-up is headed up by Jessica Pegula as well as Amanda Anisimova, Victoria Mboko and Marta Kostyuk with the late addition of Elena Rybakina who has taken a wildcard after a poor
French Open.

Prize Money Queen's Club Championships WTA
The prize money is yet to be confirmed in terms of the breakdown but it will be the largest prize pot yet with a 35% increase
announced in May. The LTA has promised to deliver equal prize money in the men's and women's events by 2029 at the latest.
The prize fund at the men's event will be £2.238m while the women's is £1.43m. This means that if Tatjana Maria was in this event she'd win 35% more than last year's prize and will be the second highest prize money of the season at this level.
Elena Rybakina headlines this year.

Predictions
Samuel Gill, Head Editor for TennisUpToDate.com sees Elena Rybakina winning the title.
I see Elena Rybakina winning the title. As a player adept to this surface, her or Amanda Anisimova for me are the big standouts.
Other than that I will pick a certain Iva Jovic for a big run. I picked her for a Roland Garros run and she delivered but she didn't. She has a full on grass slate including Nottingham so I see her adapting to the surface well.
*** Elena Rybakina
** Amanda Anisimova, Iva Jovic
Lucas Michael, Editor for TennisUpToDate.com sees Anisimova finally winning the title.
A stacked lineup for the second edition of WTA Queen’s since making a return with a stacked lineup after the coveted title and crucially experience on grass as Wimbledon looms.
With Tatjana Maria having to get through qualifying, there is a very good chance that a new winner will be etched onto the trophy. A very good chance that it will be an American. Last year’s runner-up Amanda Anisimova has a lot of points to defend and not a lot of tennis under her belt. It feels like a reset on a different surface for the two-time Grand Slam finalist who will be looking to get back to her absolute best.
The second highest ranked player, Jessica Pegula, exited Roland Garros very early and is desperate to get back to her consistent best. I am very confident that she will be in the business end of this tournament. It will also be interesting to see if Victoria Mboko and Iva Jovic can adapt to the grass and make more strides up the rankings.
A late entry for Elena Rybakina has changed things up. She reached the quarter-final stage last year and will be motivated to get back on track. The former Wimbledon champion will be heavily favoured to regain her crown at SW19 and hopeful to add a Queen’s title as well.
Marta Kostyuk will be a huge threat although grass is not her best surface. The surface could cause a surprise result similar to last year. I am going to stay clear of that, choosing Anisimova to get back to her best.
