Sabalenka's Wimbledon in doubt after visa hasn't been approved despite ban being lifted

Aryna Sabalenka's Wimbledon appearance is in doubt after her VISA wasn't approved despite the ban on Belarusian athletes being lifted by the events.
Aryna Sabalenka played in the Wimbledon semi-final a few years ago but she didn't play last year after the ban on Belarusian athletes prevented her from playing at the event. The ban has been lifted for this year however she still might miss the event as her visa hasn't been approved by the UK government.
The Belarusian is waiting for a decision as she revealed on Instagram in a Q and A session. A fan asked her whether she's looking forward to playing at WImbledon but she revealed that her visa is yet to be approved. It's highly unlikely that her visa won't be approved in time but it's an unnecessary complication that is certainly an annoyance for her and her fans.
