Aryna Sabalenka won't defend the Australian Open title believes Jimmy Arias with the former pro instead giving Coco Gauff the favourite tag as she begins her campaign on Sunday in Melbourne.
Arias, a former ATP pro spoke on the Tennis Channel Live Podcast and said that for Sabalenka, it is hard enough to win a Grand Slam no mind defending it so he is giving the tag instead to Gauff who he believes is the only player who could win it with her B game.
This of course snubs the likes of Iga Swiatek and Elena Rybakina with Arias instead going for Sabalenka and Gauff as the main two talking points. The latter of course sealed the US Open and is playing in her first Grand Slam since achieving that feat.

"And the one thing Coco has over everybody else is she can be not playing great and still — because she's so athletic — make balls, make you beat her. She's the only one who can sort of win it with her B-game," he added.

Coco: “Not really, to be honest. I mean, I would say recently I feel like I wanted to get
