Swiatek enjoying time away from tennis with visit to Miami Heat game amid recent rib injury

Iga Swiatek took some time out of her schedule to go watch an NBA game as she watched the Miami Heat play the New York Knicks.
Swiatek was supposed to play at the 2023 Miami Open but she pulled out before the event due to a rib injury. Even so, Swiatek remained in Miami and went to watch an NBA game between the Heat and Knicks. She posted about it on social media captioning the photo:
"When life gives you lemons, make lemonade (or buy ice cream). I had great time last night. Go @MiamiHEAT."
Swiatek is hopeful that the recovery from the injury wont' take to lons as she hopes to be fully ready for the start of the clay season.
