"Thank you for being the spokesperson of our generation" - tennis fans on Naomi Osaka

Naomi Osaka earned the praise of tennis fans for her actions after the Japanese player met BTS member Suga in Japan.

The Japanese player was in attendance at the game between the Golden State Warriors and Washington Wizards. The NBA teams were in Japan as part of the NBA's Asia Tour before the season kicks off later this year. Osaka met BTS member Suga there posting a pic of the meeting on social media with tennis fans praising her.

One fan wrote of the meeting:
