Paula Badosa agrees with Iga Swiatek as the world #1 has criticized the balls used in the US Open series "Totally agree. There are really unfavorable conditions for the players and for the show"
Iga Swiatek is not happy with the tennis balls used for the US Open swing as they are lighter than usual which makes it hard to control them.
She's not the only player who has voiced that over years but she has been one that repeated it several times. Swiatek even spoke to the WTA about changing that and she's getting very vocal support from Paula Badosa.
Her support came through social media as the Spaniard created an Instagram story which featured Swiatek's comments on the tennis ball adding her own comment to it. She wrote:

The combination of very fast hard courts and a lighter tennis balls makes it really hard to control the ball at higher power. Many players complained that the balls are just flying without any control.
Badosa added:
"Then we complain that there are a lot of mistakes and the tactics and intelligence in the points have been lost. (While dealing with) faster courts and uncontrollable balls."
