Known for her humour, Aryna Sabalenka made light of the situation that went viral on Friday with the disparity between the cakes of Carlos Alcaraz and herself at the Madrid Open.
Feliciano Lopez, the tournament director who responded yesterday to the comments on Twitter was turned to by Sabalenka after winning the title.
She said: "I think it's all because of yesterday's cake, it was too good" as she laughed at herself while saying it.
