Naomi Osaka was spotted employing an interesting tactic which got the tennis world talking during her defeat against Caroline Garcia at the
Miami Open which saw the former World No.4 seal it in two tight sets 7-6, 7-5.
It was decided merely by a few moments in the clash and Osaka had chances in both sets but failed to deliver on those. During the second set, Osaka decided to take a notepad and started aggressively scrawling seemingly what she was doing wrong during a changeover.
Albeit this seemingly didn't work in this clash as she went on to be defeated. Tennis fans though were speculating what was being written with some coming up with some funny takes including: "Sue WTA for this terrible draws."
While most of the conjecture in the comments also centred around how Osaka held a pen with the former World No.1 holding it up right and writing quickly during a changeover. Some stuck up for Osaka and said it is the reason she doesn't like social media is that minute details like this are scrutinised.
