Elina Svitolina's
Roland Garros run ends at the Quarter-Final stage but for the Ukrainian, it somewhat ended on a sour note against
Aryna Sabalenka.
Sabalenka got the better of her on Tuesday afternoon but was booed by the crowd who continue to take a dislike to the stand that the Ukrainians are taking in regards to no handshakes.
But this time, it was different as Sabalenka waited at the net seemingly expecting a handshake from Svitolina which somewhat aggravated the crowd even further.
Boos rang out and when Svitolina left the court after her best week since becoming a mother, it somehow ended in a bit of a cloud.
Last time out, it was Daria Kasatkina who received the wrath of the crowd despite both giving thumbs up to each other and it was said on commentary that Svitolina did the same to Sabalenka.
But unlike Kasatkina, it seems the World Number Two was expecting more.
