WTA RANKING Update: Danielle COLLINS heads towards top 10, Iga SWIATEK closes in on 100 weeks as World No.1

After Charleston Open in particular, the WTA Ranking has been updated with Iga Swiatek still on top heading towards her 100th week and Danielle Collins shining again.

Collins defeated Daria Kasatkina 6-2, 6-1 in the final of the Charleston Open to claim her second WTA 500 title and her second title in two weeks after winning the Miami Open. She moved up seven spots to World No.15.

She now is on a 13-match winning streak and not defending too much is very much likely to head towards the top 10 in the coming weeks. Swiatek on the otherhand is only a few weeks from a century at the top. She has a comfortable lead over her rivals heading into her favourite surface and will extend her lead over 100 weeks.

Maria Sakkari, Qinwen Zheng and Marketa Vondrousova all took advantage in the top 10 too of another Ons Jabeur demise with all three moving up one. Camila Osorio was the biggest mover of the week further down. She moves up 22 spots to World No.63 after winning Bogota.
