2020 Tokyo Olympics Day 3 Schedule of Play with Djokovic, Osaka, Medvedev and Swiatek

The 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games continue with a packed day 3 that will feature Novak Djokovic, Naomi Osaka, Daniil Medvedev and Iga Swiatek.

Day 3 at the Olympics will follow the established schedule of matches starting at 04:00 CET. On the men's side of the draw, there will be several interesting matches including Carreno Busta vs Cilic. Other notable matches will be Gerasimov vs Fognini, Nishikori vs Giron and Hurkacz vs Broady.

Novak Djokovic will face a very tough challenge in Jan-Lennard Struff. The German is extremely dangerous when his serve is working but the slower courts of Tokyo should help Novak tame his serve. Daniil Medvedev will face off against Sumit Nagal while Stefanos Tsitsipas will have a chance for revenge against Tiafoe.

Another top 10 player who will play is Alexander Zverev and the German will face off against Galan Riveros. On the WTA side, there will equal excitement with the programme also kicking off at 04:00 CET. Krejcikova will face off against Fernandez which is a measured opponent for the Czech player.

Kvitova will play Van Uytvanck while Pliskova will face Suarez Navarro. Aryna Sabalenka will face off against Donna Vekic who played very well against Caroline Garcia in R1. Iga Swiatek will also face a tough challenge against the ever tricky Paula Badosa. Svitolina will take on the 2nd best Australian Tomljanovic while Muguruza will play Wang.
