There was doubts about Cameron Norrie and Carlos Alcaraz both playing at Abierto Mexicano Telcel Acapulco after reaching the Rio Open final this past weekend.
But those have now been confirmed with both withdrawing from the tournament hours before their slated openers in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
Elias Ymer and Luciano Darderi could now enter as lucky losers.
