Carlos Alcaraz is through to the Last 16 of BNP Paribas Open Indian Wells after seeing off Tallon Griekspoor on Monday night.
In a 7-6, 6-3 win, Alcaraz had to work hard but got over the line to notch his 100th tour level win.
He needed the second-fewest matches to hit this mark behind only John McEnroe showing his superb rise.
He sealed the opening set in a tie-break after Griekspoor matched him shot for shot, however in the second set, it was more one way traffic as he eased to a 3-0 lead saving two break points to consolidate an early break.
He then dialed up the power once more to come from 30-0 down to serve out the match and delight the crowd in California.
