The draw has been completed for the 2023 French Open at Roland Garros on the Men's side which is headlined by Novak Djokovic, Daniil Medvedev, Carlos Alcaraz, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Casper Ruud, Holger Rune and Taylor Fritz among others.
There is no Rafael Nadal for the first time since 2004 with the 14-time champion seemingly wanting one final farewell in 2024 after withdrawing.
Alcaraz will start against a lucky loser or qualifier with Christopher O'Connell or Taro Daniel in the second round.
For Medvedev, it is the same but with Quentin Halys or Guido Pella in the second round. Tsitsipas starts against Jiri Vesely. While for Djokovic, it is Aleksandar Kovacovic.
Rune starts against Christopher Eubanks, with a potential Gael Monfils tie in the second round. It is an all-American battle for Taylor Fritz against Michael Mmoh.
Other ties to watch include Felix Auger-Aliassime in the first round faces Fabio Fognini. Cameron Norrie faces Benoit Paire, David Goffin takes on Hubert Hurkacz, Sebastian Korda faces Mackenzie Macdonald.
While Dan Evans will face Thanasi Kokkinakis, Denis Shapovalov faces Brandon Nakashima, Alejandro Davidovich Fokina takes on home hope Arthur Fils. As Ben Shelton faces Lorenzo Sonego.
Alexander Zverev starts against Lloyd Harris a year on from his horrific injury against Nadal.
