ATP Finals 2020 Thursday's Schedule of Play

On Thursday we'll see the semifinal line-up gain another member as Dominic Thiem will be joined by Rafael Nadal or Stefanos Tsitsipas.

The fourth member of the group, Andrey Rublev doesn't have a chance to advance anymore as he'll meet Dominic Thiem in the opening singles match of the day. The Russian won the last two matches, which were even played on Domi's home soil in Austria. However, this match will be much different as Thiem already secured his semifinal spot and Rublev can't qualify anymore.

In the last match of Thursday, Rafael Nadal and Stefanos Tsitsipas will battle for the last semifinal spot left in the group. They both lost to Dominic Thiem, but they both also defeated Andrey Rublev and so the winner will secure the spot against Daniil Medvedev in the semifinals. The Greek managed to defeat Nadal only once in 7 meetings and he will try to improve this statistic.
