Novak Djokovic is the only player to officially qualify for the ATP Finals in Turin as Stefanos Tsitsipas is coming closer to that goal.
After his fabulous run at the French Open and Wimbledon Novak Djokovic mathematically guaranteed himself a spot at the ATP Finals in Turin. Djokovic already surpassed the necessary point total of 5825 points. After a solid showing in Toronto Stefanos Tsitsipas (4985) is inching closer to that point total as well.
Daniil Medvedev won the National Bank Open in Toronto which boosted his point total as he solidified himself as number 3 in the race. Matteo Berrettini is still number 4 and looks destined to represent Italy on Italian soil. Andrey Rublev currently occupies number 5.
Olympic Champion Alexander Zverev is at number 6 while Rafael Nadal sits at number 7. Casper Ruud trails Nadal only by 500 points as does Hubert Hurkacz and both are hunting Nadal hoping to bounce him out of the top 8 which will travel to Turin.
