The ATP Ranking has been updated after the Madrid Open with Novak Djokovic remaining atop and likely to continue his dominance for a little while longer given recent injury issues. Andrey Rublev and Felix Auger-Aliassime both have made surges too.

Rublev of course sealed the Madrid Open with Auger-Aliassime reaching the final and losing in one of his best runs in some time. Djokovic sits at 9,990 points to his name ahead of 8,860 for Sinner. But with the latter and also Alcaraz both missing Rome, Djokovic will enter with a real chance both in terms of the title and also ranking.

Rublev is up to World No.6 and his return to form has pushed Casper Ruud and Stefanos Tsitsipas further down to 7th and 8th with Grigor Dimitrov teetering inside the top 10. While Auger-Aliassime surged up 15 places to World No.20 and given his prior injury and form issues, there is scope to go even higher in Rome. Alexander Bublik is ina. new career high of World No.17. As is Mariano Navone going up to World No.31 after winning a Challenger in Cagliari.
