Novak Djokovic will face Stefanos Tsitsipas in the final of the
French Open at
Roland Garros on Sunday after seeing off Rafael Nadal in a thrilling semi-final on Court Philippe-Chatrier.
Topping over four hours, two of the games' best went toe to toe but it was the World Number One who won through in the end 3-6, 6-3, 7-6, 6-2 coming from a set down to do it.
There will be no 14th French Open title for the defending champion, Nadal and instead Djokovic will be facing Tsitsipas to complete the career Grand Slam twice.
It is only a third loss for the Spaniard in 108 matches at the tournament with Djokovic the only player to now beat him more than once. As well as the first to defeat Nadal in a Paris semi-final.
Will it be yet another Grand Slam triumph for Djokovic or will the Greek surge to victory in his first final?
