Djokovic won't go down lightly though as his lawyers are in the process of challenging the decision with sources confirming this to the aforementioned site and Sydney Morning Herald.
This has further been confirmed by a source close to the tournament who say he is currently filing a federal injunction to stop deportation.
It comes after a long drawn out saga regarding his faulty visa application when he was denied entry into Australia as well as doubts regarding his medical exemption to come and play in Melbourne.
Barring this appeal coming in for Djokovic, he will return home and will not play at the Australian Open this year.
