Federer sends fans into meltdown after posing with K-pop band BLACKPINK

Roger Federer attended a charity gala in Paris where the super popular K-pop girl group Blackpink played and the Swiss ace took a picture with them at the event.

K-pop is extremely popular lately and it has a very large following and a dedicated fanbase. In terms of popularity, Blackpink is second only to BTS who are on an official hiatus at the moment. The group took part in the charity gala of the French president and posed with many celebrities after the show including the president.

They also posed with tennis icon Roger Federer sending his fans into a craze. He posted the picture on his Instagram and wrote:

"My kids said this was a definite IG post"

The photograp went viral accumulating almost a million likes in just 14 hours.
