Novak Djokovic demonstrated his greatness once more when he cruised to his tenth Australian Open practically beating everyone comfortably with an injured leg.
It was an impressive display of tennis, especially since many noted that the leg didn't even allow him to play his best. Nobody came close to challenging him and it left former player Galimberti stunned. He doesn't think that anybody is going to come close to the records Djokovic will set in the future because he looks far from done.
Speaking recently, Galimberti said:
"Right now Djokovic is a war machine. He started the year great, objectively how he won the Australian Open I won't tell you either, hands down. The only problem for the others is Djokovic, if he's okay he's unplayable. He won the final with a serious injury."
Asked what needs to happen for somebody to beat Djokovic, he said:
"To beat Djokovic there has to be a combination of things: he doesn't have to be 100% and the opponents have to play the match of their life. He is complete and does everything."
The Italian further added:
"He has a hunger for victories and impressive records. Records are meant to be broken but in the near future there is no chance. I think they will last many years."
