Medvedev & Zverev end 18-year long top three dominance

Daniil Medvedev and Alexander Zverev are the top two ranked players in the world today and it ended an 18-year old run.

For the past 18 years, at least one member of the big three was ranked in the first two places but as of today, that's done. Daniil Medvedev overtook Novak Djokovic as the best player in the world with Alexander Zverev moving ahead as well. The Serbian is now ranked 3rd with Rafael Nadal 4th and that's something that has not happened in the past 18 years.

In all of those years at least one of Djokovic, Nadal or Federer was either first or 2nd but not anymore. Djokovic faces even more uncertainty with a possible big drop in store for him. If he's not careful he might drop as low as outside of the top 10. Read about it below.
