Only three players in the ATP Top 10 have been inside the ATP Top 10 for over 100 consecutive weeks (active records). 🇷🇸 Novak Djokovic (244+) 🇬🇷 Stefanos Tsitsipas (211+) 🇳🇴 Casper Ruud (101+) Incredible consistency.
Casper Ruud has achieved a milestone only achieved by two more players during the latest ATP Ranking. He kicked off his 100th consecutive week in the top 10.
First breaking into the ATP Elite back in September 13th, 2021 after the US Open that year, he has stuck there ever since. It is the third longest streak inside the ATP top 10.
Only Novak Djokovic and Stefanos Tsitsipas have stayed there for longer with Djokovic topping the list with 243 weeks. This is since July 16 2018.
Tsitsipas only has 33 weeks less with 210 since March 4 2019. Carlos Alcaraz is the next who will likely reach that milestone. He is sat on 68 weeks since April 25 2022.
The totals do not include Djokovic and Tsitsipas' totals during the 22 weeks in COVID-19 where the rankings were frozen. More than half of Ruud's weeks have been spent in the top 5 including the last 48 in the row since last September.
True staying power from the Norwegian ace who has reached three out of the last six Grand Slam finals owing his total in part to that statistic.
